5 Sports That Are More Interesting Than Beach Volleyball
I’m taking time off from my regular music blogging to rant against beach volleyball.
For the most part, NBC’s coverage of the Olympics has been pretty good, aided in part by the Michael Phelps saga. But it seems that every time I turn on the TV, they’re showing beach volleyball.
When did this become popular? More importantly, when and how did this become an Olympic sport And what’s next? Frisbee golf? Surfing?
Well, here’s a list of sports I’d rather see NBC cover more:
1. Badminton (I watched it on MSNBC for about 2 hours today. It was great!)
2. Table Tennis
3. Real volleyball
4. Archery
5. Wrestling
Okay, pretty much anything. Please, NBC. Enough.

Beach volleyball is about the only off-track & field even I’m happy to watch. I hope I don’t come across all laddish, but women’s beach volleyball is as sexy as sports can get. I need a cold shower just thinking about it.

Ah, you confirmed my suspicions. I dunno - All I’ve seen are Amazon-like women with little to no figure and giant legs.
